Download Every Smartsheet Attachment at Once
Smartsheet has no "download all attachments" button, so files come down one row at a time. Point this at a sheet, a report, or a whole workspace and get them all in a single zip.

One zip, not fifty clicks
Every file attachment on the source is collected into a single archive, instead of opening each row and saving its files by hand.
Reports and workspaces too
Point it at a report or an entire workspace and it pulls from every source sheet, filing each file under the sheet it came from.
Nothing is left unexplained
Links and cloud files can't be downloaded, and large sources hit a per-run limit — everything skipped is listed in a note inside the zip.
How it works
Choose a source
Pick a single sheet, a report, or a whole workspace.
Pick a layout
Keep per-row and per-sheet folders, or flatten everything into one folder.
Download the zip
The files are collected and handed back as one archive, with a summary of anything skipped.
Frequently asked questions
Can I download all attachments from a Smartsheet sheet at once?
Yes. Choose the sheet and every file attached to it — at sheet, row or comment level — is collected into a single zip. Smartsheet has no built-in way to do this.
Does it work across a whole workspace?
Yes. A report pulls attachments from every row it shows, and a workspace pulls from every sheet in it. Files are filed under a folder named after their source sheet so nothing collides.
Is there a limit on how much one download can collect?
Yes. One run collects up to 50 files, each up to 25 MB, up to 100 MB in total, and stops after 20 seconds so the zip arrives as a single download. Anything not collected is listed in download-summary.txt inside the zip, and you can run it again to pick up more.
