Know the limits before you connect
The tools are currently free. Previews never count; only applying a change does, and only for the tools that write.
Previews and audits
Dry runs, sharing audits and exports are read-only and never count towards a quota.
Apply runs per account
Each confirmed write counts as one run. The counter resets daily.
Sheets per apply

Common questions
Do I need to connect before exploring?
No. You can browse every tool, read its requirements and limits, and look at the worked example before connecting anything.
Will changes happen immediately?
No. Every tool that modifies sheets shows a preview first. Nothing is written until you confirm, and the confirm button names how many rows it will touch.
Does every tool work across multiple sheets?
No. Find & Replace and a few others span up to 5 sheets in one run; file updates and duplicate removal work on one sheet at a time. Each tool’s page states its scope before you begin.
Is this an official Smartsheet product?
No. LetMeTakeCare is an independent application built on the official Smartsheet API. It is not made or endorsed by Smartsheet Inc.
Where can I check the permissions it asks for?
On the security and privacy page, before you connect. Smartsheet also lists the requested permissions on its own consent screen during authorisation.
