Check the Health of Your Smartsheet in One Scan
Connect Smartsheet and run one read-only scan. It finds what is published to the internet, who outside your organisation can reach your sheets, which automation workflows have silently stopped, and which sheets nobody has touched in a year — then points you at the tool that deals with each. Nothing is changed.

Four audits, one run
The Published Items, Sharing, Workflow Inventory and Stale Sheet audits run back to back under one budget, cheapest first, so you see the quick answers within seconds and the expensive ones as they finish.
Findings, not data dumps
Each finding is a count, the worst few examples, and a plain recommendation — "3 items anyone on the internet can edit", "7 workflows Smartsheet has disabled". Investigating is one click into the specialist tool, which is where the full list lives.
Honest about what it checked
Every check shows its own coverage — "Partial: 250 of 817 checked" — beside its findings. A scan that stopped early says so; it never reads as an all-clear.
How it works
Run the scan
One button. The scan paces itself under Smartsheet’s API limits and stops on its own when its budget is spent, so it is safe to run on a large account.
Read the findings, worst first
Critical, then warnings, then informational — each with how many items are affected, a few named examples, and what to do about it.
Fix each one in the right tool
Every finding links to the LetMeTakeCare tool that lists the full detail and, where it applies, fixes it: revoke shares, review publications, repair workflows, archive stale sheets.
Frequently asked questions
Does the health check change anything in Smartsheet?
No. Every check only reads: publish settings, sharing lists, automation rules and the sheet list. Fixing something is a separate, deliberate step in the tool the finding links to.
What does it look for?
Sheets and reports published to a public URL (and whether anyone can edit them), collaborators outside your email domain and what they can do, automation workflows Smartsheet has disabled or someone has paused, and sheets you own that have not been edited in a year.
What is not covered?
Dashboards, which Smartsheet publishes and shares separately and which would need an extra permission; multi-step workflows, which the Smartsheet API does not return; and cell contents, which are never read.
What is kept after the scan?
The result — counts per check and the names of a handful of affected sheets per finding — is held for one hour so your browser can collect it, then deleted. No collaborator emails, publication links or cell values are stored.
Can I see what a report looks like before connecting?
Yes — the sample report shows a scan of a fictional account with every kind of finding, so you can see what you would get before granting any access.
