Can I merge rows from several Smartsheets into one?

Yes. Select any number of source sheets and their rows are appended into a single master sheet.

What happens if the columns don't match?

Rows are matched to the master by column title. Columns the master doesn't have are simply skipped, so nothing is misfiled.

Can I skip rows that are already in the master?

Yes. Set a column as the dedupe key and source rows whose value already exists in the master are skipped.

Is there a usage limit?

Previews and dry runs are unlimited and never count. Applying changes (a real write) is capped at 3 bulk runs per account per day while the tool is free, and a single run can span up to 5 sheets. The counter resets daily.
